Daniel, J.D., MBA received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2019. Daniel received his Master’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio in 2021. Upon graduation from law school, Daniel began his legal career as an Associate with Thompson Patent Law before joining his current firm, pH IP Law. Daniel has extensive experience working in numerous different technological areas including medical, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and software technologies. His legal practice focuses on patent prosecution and portfolio development.
Daniel’s prosecution practice focuses on the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts, with a particular emphasis on medical devices.
Experience
Daniel devotes his practice to intellectual property law, with a specific concentration on patent prosecution, portfolio development, and transactional matters. His patent prosecution experience includes all phases from initial invention disclosure meetings through final allowance of patent claims. Daniel counsels clients regarding licensing and other transactional matters involving intellectual property. Daniel is experienced with providing opinions regarding non-infringement, patent validity, and freedom-to-operate issues.
